I too have a question. If the people with pre-existing conditions had health insurance before the conditions would they have pre-existing conditions?

Some of us are 100% grant-supported, or close enough to it not to matter. So sure, some ancillary benefits to patient care provided by government sources, but that isn't what was intended by the comment and you and I both know it.
