Lucky hunting cap, flashlight, harness, rangefinder, bow, arrow, thermacell refills, a spare thermacell in case my backup thermacell doesn't work when my primary thermacell quits.

Assuming weapon/ammo is understood, as it wouldn't be classified as hunting without:
Knife
Copenhagen
Something to wipe butt with
I can make due without everything else.

The only thing that I can forget that will stop me from going (besides gun and ammo) is a thermacell when it's necessary. We have biblical mosquitoes and I'm not going die on a 70 degree day. I can make do without everything else, but I do always have a watch on and a knife in my pocket. Always bring a compass as well but I can make do without.

Backpack with 2 waters, headlamp, thermocell early season, little buddy heater late season, batteries, and my .45. Too many big hogs around here not to have it.
