Everyone keeps saying he gets this much time or it's only one game, but what is O doing? He doesn't interject in the offensive or defensive gameplans. He doesn't know why a player didn't play. What is Ed Orgeron able to do to make this team better on not sides of the ball? He has said himself he lets his coordinators coach. So he essentially has no bearing on this team other than clapping and yelling. Awful idea and awful hire.

We know O doesn't do anything, Alleva hoped this system of hiring elite coordinators with a puppet as the hc has already shown its colors. It doesn't work

Wasn't this board upset that miles was calling all the shots and not letting coordinators do their thing? Now O let's them do everything and you're all upset lol.

He doesn't have the track record or a history of past success to be in this job. The decision on both sides was emotional when made and this will set the program back until this administration does something radical.

A head coach shouldn't get involved with coordinating, it's the responsibility of the coaches he hires. What is the head coaches responsibility is to make certain every coach is doing their job and to keep the team headed in the right direction. Last night that LSU team suffered what Saban would refer to as the, 'Catastrophe Syndrome.' As horrible and egregiously obvious as that first off pass interference was, the head Coach is the one person who must keep players and coaches from falling into the mind set of that syndrome. It's human nature to get be disappointed in something like that, but not discouraged. That entire team, except for certain players, gave up. There's no other way to explain Miss St beating them by 30 points. And that's what the head coach is supposed to do, and that wasn't done. Les Miles started the regression of the LSu football program, Orgeron may bring it all the way back to the 70's, 80's and 90's.

He is good at clapping and looking like a deer in headlights on the sidelines.

We need somebody on the sideline chewing out players. May be O, may be someone else. Need to light a fire under players with all these penalties.

He's not qualified for this job. Terrible resume and has never even been a coordinator.

Is this the proof we have been waiting for that miles handcuffed his OC's

The fact that O is stressing how much he doesn't do that.
