Probably more than if it hit the continental U.S. because PR govt is broke. Also, a lot of the recovery & relief efforts for St Thomas & St John are being based out of Puerto Rico & to a lesser extent St Croix.
I fear it's about to get a lot worse for the Virgin Islands.
