I still like Cooks Ill, but I like how Milk Street is being a little more adventurous on ethnic foods.

I have adopted their hummus recipe that they developed after a visit to Israel, after being happy with the CI recipe for years. Made the Milk Street recipe for Carne Adovada that was in the email a couple weeks ago, and it was really good too.

Sounds good. Maybe I'll stop deleting the emails without reading them.
