Are you so sure about that? If a single payer system or something similar ever takes root, it will remain essentially forever and completely degrade health care in this country. Look at Social Security.
You can't kick them out simply because they're Hispanic and you fear their demographics and current voting trends. If they are here and want to contribute and pay taxes and aren't criminals, why can't they stay? We want people who want to be Americans, not Mexicans in America.
In the meantime, tighten up the borders and restrict who comes in.

Maybe my fault but I tend to evaluate issues on their individual merits, and not politics asa teamsport where everything has to be a means to me winning. I'm not dying for these DACA kids to be in but it seems the right thing in most of their cases, even if they won't vote with me on some other issues.
