I got to travel about 5 hours so I think I will stick with potato salad. I might make hushpuppies.
I have four baskets so I was thinking fish, shrimp, oyster, (maybe hush puppies or maybe fries) in basket four and I should be able to crank it out so that no one item is out very long and the food is hot.
