I called them this morning inquiring about a combo unit, a 4 gal fryer and a small broiler on a stand.
Cook white beans at home, place in alum. pan with a top, wrap in a towel and put in a smaller thick wall ice chest. It will stay warm for hours.

Thats true, I cooked 15 gallons of white beans for a fundraiser. 5 gallon buckets stayed hot for hours.
