re: frying seafood for 30 folks--what says the F&D broad do I need--

And I want to come by and eat as well. Seriously, though. Get two fryers if you can. It will speed up the process. I don't know exactly how many pounds of each you will need, but I'm guessing around 6 pounds of shrimp, 7-8 pounds of oysters and at least 30 fillets or fish. My numbers could be way off because I've never cooked that much for that many people. I'm just scaling it on cooking for the 7 people I did a seafood fry for.

I have two fryers--four baskets. I appreciate the advice folks.
