My company switched to Google Apps a while ago, so everything is through gmail/google calendar. I think it's $50 per year per user. Originally each user got 25GB of storage, but I just check on my usage and it says I have unlimited storage. Not sure if that's covered with the $50, or if there's a higher level to get the unlimited.
I'm far from some MS fanboy by any stretch of the imagination. But don't you find that G-Mail* is hot dogshit by comparison? I've lived in Lotus Notes, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, G-Mail, Lotus Notes (again), and Outlook on multiple occasions professionally and there is absolutely, positively no comparison in my mind.
Outlook is far, far superior to anything anyone else offers for e-mail.
*-Having said that, I use G-Mail for my small/side business and personal/webmail usage. It's the best of the rest IMO.

I was never a power user of Outlook. Gmail does what I need. I was happy to make the switch, but I know some co-workers weren't happy about it. I guess it depends on your volume of emails/contacts/calendar needs.
