It's been a long time since I've used Outlook. Can you import events from a CSV file? If so, set up a template in Excel where you put in the start date and the due date amd let it calculate the rest of the dates. Then save it as a CSV file and import it.

Yes you can export/import events in csv format. So the OP can export his current calendar events to creat a csv template for future use.
