Nice. Could you put up more pics of it if you have some? Any of it open?

No none of it's open. Before I had built the deck extension, I had cut a little hole in the small deck that was orginal to store ropes. I reached in there one day without thinking and the wasp lit my arse up. So I will never have any open storage again. As far as the rear seat, I've seen where a lot of people do it. I just worried about the foam and tearing the structure part of it up. I had planned on putting a live well insert with a door in that seat. But started thinking and I don't ever use a livewell for fish and that's more stuff to break. All mine go in the ice chest. I use 5 gallon bucket one for shrimp and it works good enough.
Look on Tin Boats. There is more knowledge there then you can believe about what you are wanting to do.
