I walked out of the movie about halfway. I'm not sure if it was the plot, the actor, the character, the politicizing, or the diversity but what a shite movie. Marvel failed with this one.

Thanks for the update that we've been waiting so long for.

Pretty much everyone disagrees with you.

You're not allowed to criticize Marvel here

Homecoming was really good. I'm not sure what you were expecting but you definitely weren't expecting a Spider-Man movie. Homecoming nailed the whole point of Spider-Man which is when the worlds of peter Parker and Spider-Man collide.

They tried to make a John Hughes film without the racist stereotypes. We all miss the 80's bro.

I don't remember what I thought of it at the time but I cannot remember anything about it besides Aunt Whatshername.

It was pretty bad. Huge Spider-Man fan for my whole life. Nothing about the previews was interesting and when I finally bit the bullet and watched it on Kodi my initial opinion was justified. Shame.

You may be right and you may be wrong. But you have a pretty shitty screen name so I'm going to go with wrong. Just out of principle, mind you.

OP this statement isn't the problem with your thread.

This lie is and

all of this.

Nobody cares to hear a poster whining to get attention but plenty here would love to have a discussion about the movie. You have to give some context to your opinion first.

Should have stuck around man. The 2nd half is WAY better. It gets really good. He-man makes an appearance and has a 3 way with his aunt. You missed out big time

I thought it was better than Spider-Man and only slightly below Spider-Man 2. The Hughesian aspects resonated with me and the humor was spot on for a high school version of Peter Parker. Plus Tom Holland crushed it as Spider-Man and the Vulture was one of the best and most well rounded villains in the MCU. I loved it.

I was bored out of my mind. My son and his buddies liked it though so I'm sure that's all Disney cares about.

I'm sure you walked out. Hell, everyone on this board walks out of most movies it seems. And every movie is "the worst movie ever" too.

It's just fact.

I thought Crash was the worst movie I ever saw but I didn't walk out and leave half way and I doubt you did either.

Spider man was ok. Typical marvel popcorn movie. Not special, but not Crash level awful by a long shot.

I thought it was alright. It's one of those movies that I liked, but didn't think about at all after seeing it. I did think Vulture was pretty cool though. Definitely one of the better Marvel villains
