River Oaks.. i sold my home there 3 yrs ago for significantly less than $800k, and i know that the prices havent increased that much, prices are possibly even lower due to the downturn in O & G over the last 2 yrs.. I have no idea if my old house there flooded, but flooding in Houston for Harvey was kind of a hit-and-miss proposition , just cuz a house flooded last week doesnt mean it'll flood again, and vice versa for homes that didnt flood.. Oh yeah, i was about 5 min from downtown.

What was your square footage? I can barely find anything under a million there, and I'm not talking about Osteen and Fertitta's properties
