I have noticed that too, but they were gunning it when it was $4, also. And the fatties are still idling at mcdonalds.

I was completely on E when I drove up to the Costco at Park and Toll in Plano. Lines coming from every direction, but they had about 12 attendants control the flow of the cars coming in and out.
Even though I came in and was about 30th in line, it only took about 12-15 minutes for me to get up to the pump. Really wasn't bad at all, but from what I hear, they were one of the only ones open in the area.

ETA - Regular was only $2.29/gal, for anyone in the area.
