Bay view, north bay house is our preference. Can walk to main house if it's raining without going outside. Also in between pool and main house so location is the best imo.
If you opt for the spa building I'd go resort view to save $$. Bay view from the spa is not great

I think that's the only one we haven't stayed in. But we are RSA members and only go when the special member rates are offered. I guess that one usually fills up. We did get a free upgrade back in June. I think we were scheduled to stay in the older rooms, but our room wasn't ready so we got a renovated room at no extra.
