I own that Cajun Broiler that is linked. Like you, I've got four other pits on the patio and added the broiler to the collection. I mainly cook steaks and tuna on it, though I have roasted corn on the cob and other vegetables. The only problem I have with the broiler is now my Weber kettle goes unused. The broiler heats up in five minutes, sears to rare in less than four minutes, and will hold eight ribeyes. It is of excellent quality and craftsmanship and makes me wonder why I waited so long to purchase it. It turns out the most amazing Yellowfin Tuna steaks as well. As mentioned, the broiler never flares up. If it fits your application I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The Cajun Broiler looks great to me. I can see chargrilling oysters on that perfectly in addition to other things.
