You have to say what you've done to get rid of it before anyone can really help.
Have you done an ozone treatment? Steamed the inside and headliner? Changed the cabin filter?

Sorry, I did add what I've tried in my last post. I have not done the ozone treatment or steamed the headliner. How much would either of those cost?
