The Euro is playing as expected when he ejected so far south from yesterday. Better for SELa. Terrible for Texas coast.

Now both the Euro and the GFS have Harvey still inside the Texas state line 192 hours out.

The amount of rainfall is going to be extraordinary. Stay safe folks.
