Yes, they moved it from Canal to Lafayette Square. There is an explanation why it was moved on a plaque by the statute.

The Henry Clay statue was the "meeting point" for most public gatherings prior to it's removal.

That's not an omnibus, it's a street car, before they were electrified, they were horse or mule-drawn.
