Closest I can think of is boneless chicken thighs at Whole Foods.

Try the smoked chicken thighs from Bergeron's in Port Allen, awesome

The original chicken nuggets made by Popeyes were mixed (some white, some dark), and the dark ones were the best chicken nuggets ever made. Hell, even McDonald's old nuggets when they still used dark meat were much better than today's.

I think a wing place that made fried chicken thighs and chicken thigh tenders would kill.

I think I've posted about this idea on this board before.

Brady's in Hammond does a grilled chicken tenders sandwich, w/ bacon and cheddar, that is made with dark meat. One of my favorite things there.
