I have no idea what trippier was doing the last 15 minutes he let runners get in behind him multiple times before they finally equalized. Should have been about 5-0 before that though

5 year deal, bought for 23M pounds.

Spurs fans, meet your new starting right back.

Hoping Poch can keep his attitude in check
If so, big signing.

Not going to jinx us by naming names, but there is still some transfers coming down the tube before the deadline.

Stay tuned!

ZERO conflict for me, friend.

I've had the Dortmund sig image for years, and really just because it's a badass TIFO.
I'm not a Dortmund fan.

Spurs and Sounders are my footballing heart.

Is it sad that I was kinda hoping it was an away game?

Just making sure
Think we actually have a pretty decent chance in this one too, Dortmund are struggling with injuries at the moment.

And yeah, i'm looking forward to the game in Dortmund honestly. The yellow wall fans are amazing.

This season already mines me of the one a few years ago where our away record was 100 times better than our home one

I think we fare very well, they are going to be missing 2 starting defenders and also Marco Reus, Guerrero, and Schurrle. That's a lot of quality not available.

I don't buy the Wembley curse one bit, not 1%. We put away our chances, and we win, simple as that.
We simply haven't been clinical enough in our losses there.

While I agree, the longer it takes to have success there, the more it gets in their heads and becomes a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Add to that them selling Dembele just before the transfer deadline and they're still trying to insert new acquisitions into the lineup. I think it's the best time to get them on the schedule. The return trip will be much more difficult. Getting a "W" in Wembley to start the CL group stage would be a huge boost to confidence, IMO.

Totally blanked on that.
Definitely a boost for us.

Yes, you're right, a win over Dortmund at home in CL would really get the pumps primed.

That would definitely make me even more soul crushingly nervous
Not because I doubt Aurier's ability, because I don't, I think hes going to be a serious player for us. I just worry about him not being familiar enough with our system/teammates in such a huge game.

But hey, In Poch We Trust.
