Obama wasn't dealing with the total worldwide scenario that Trump is, b/c of the increased threat levels and just general international conflicts. i mean we got Russia to agree literally a week after signing a bill related to sanctions on Russia AFTER 6 months of the media/Democrats increasing the tensions b/c US and Russia. did Obama have that level of difficulty? frick no

what does this have to do with getting China/Russia to agree to sanctions on NK in teh past?
