I feel your pain. Let's just hope the people on the islands are ok. They lost most of their shelter to Irma.

The Somerset on Grace Bay is currently open and welcoming guests. The resort's prized stretch on Grace Bay beach is once again pristine along with its award-winning pools. Fortunately, The Somerset was built to hurricane standards and is doing remarkably well. The resort sustained some vegetation and roof tile loss. Repairs will be scheduled to minimize impact to our guests.

Island and resort update: Providenciales International Airport has resumed full operations.

Fall season dining at the resort will resume on October 15, as scheduled. This includes breakfast and lunch service. Dining service during this quiet season (beginning Oct. 15) is available with 24-hour notice. Grocery stores nearby are fully stocked, and The Somerset continues to offer its shopping service. Most restaurants in the area that are traditionally open during the quiet season are fully operational.

Many of the water sport and excursion operators are open and looking forward to helping guests enjoy their island vacation.
Boom. Vacation re-engaged.
