Victory Brewing's Kirch Cherry Gose is probably my favorite sour that I've tasted. And it paired excellently with the Korean BBQ we were eating.
Really the only thing I wouldn't pair it with is mild seafood. Anything heavy, meaty, spicy would go great imo.

I'd think a light brett saison would go well with mild seafood.
