This is from like 2-3 years ago, too old to be Germans. I believe it was something about fuel fumes being in the car or something
ETA - if you look at each car seat, there is the same dripping of liquid on the head of each seat

Who gives a frick when it's from?? Sorry I don't have the cutting edge in videos to post. Regardless, it's a pretty crazy video and it would have been horrific to be in that car.

Pretty sure the guys in the front seat were huffing something and the guy in the back...also high...decided he needed a cigarette. The guy on the right is holding a cloth to his face right before all hell breaks loose.
