The major con IMO is Maui is much more travel time, I mean basically a full day additional travel time between the round trip flights.
Food and drinks-Hawaii is better
Culture- I think Hawaii is better
Beaches-Caribbean.
What time of year? Hawaii can get chilly in the winter and the surf is much bigger in the winter.
Maui I would think is also going to cost more just to play?
