This one is really strange.

LINK

A sub teacher did a cartwheel with a skirt and no underwear (the kids saw her pussy).

I have several questions for you legal experts.

quote:

pleaded guilty Monday to assault after the charge was reduced from indecent exposure.

Why is 'assault' less serious than 'indecent exposure'. If I hit you over the head with a frying pan is it less serious than showing you Mr. Happy?

quote:

She was given a two year suspended sentence and can’t teach for two years. She will not have to register as a sex offender.

In other words...Nothing. Sub teachers make what? 40 bucks a day? She can make more at Starbucks. Then she can return to teaching.

Would your judgment have been different if she wasn't such an ugly woman?

Hitting someone over the head with a frying pan would be aggravated assault and would be a felony.

At least traditionally, assault was putting someone in apprehension of an offensive touching, i.e., a battery. In other words, merely threatening conduct. Hitting you with a frying pan would be a battery and would involve a weapon so could also be aggravated battery. I don't know which state you're referencing and a little fuzzy on criminal law but this post is based on general principles applicable to criminal law.

Assault doesn't require harmful or unwanted contact. That would be a battery. Assault is the attempt to commit a battery or placing another in reasonable apprehension of an imminent battery.

It is a misdemeanor and doesn't require filing as a sex offender...I would assume. It depends on the state I suppose.

Minumum wage is 7.25 an hour, so if it pays minimum wage (doubtful) then they would only be working 5.5 hours. Here in Central Ohio, most school districts pay substitutes 90-95 per day.

If any kid saw her pussy, she should be charged with assault. The eyes and brain cannot recover from that.

Assault is a threat. Battery is unwanted touching. If i tell you in person I'm going to punch you in the head and it's possible I could, I've committed simple assault.

From that mugshot it appears she committed Ocular Assault on those students. That's a little used law dating back to 1912.

She looks like the love child of Jack Nicholson and Nurse Ratchet.

Aggravated battery!
