Seems it's growing in areas that weren't thought to be livable by most. Good luck to them, but it'll be a process. Bama and Tex plates are all around in new homes with the 750K+ price range.

Well the population of the city proper was 250k more 60 years ago; that argument doesn't work. Land area isn't a limiting factor at this point.

One of the better examples of a city that should consider growing upward and not outward.
