Don't almost all minor league teams get smaller crowds than LSU baseball? Especially lower than the AAA level.


Honestly I think it could work, considering the bulk of the season would be after LSU baseball is over. The main thing would be location, location, location... Goldsby Field isn't going to cut it.

That, plus it would absolutely HAVE TO be an affiliated farm team for an MLB club, and not the independent shite they've had the last few times.

Pretty much. I've probably been to 50 zephyrs/baby cakes games and I think an Lsu midweek game against Mcneese draws a larger crowd.
