2gxbw and you will be more than fine so long as you drink water.

About the standard rule of thumb for bodybuilders gaining mass. I have seen some bump up even more but most of these guys are also on gear and have to feed that animal. That's seriously alot of damn protein to consume on a daily basis.

If you are thinking about consuming that much I would invest in mucho TP and maybe a good toilet as well.

I don't always eat this much. Just depends on what kind of meso-cycle I am in at the time. But 2xBW might seem extreme, but Doggcrapp Trainees, Fortitude Trainees, and Wendlers Trainees having been having crazy success with it for years.

Everyone screams 1g per pound of BW, yet most of these people look the same year after year. Making your body do something it doesn't want to do takes extreme meausures. Sorry, but it does. It wont be necessary for everyone and most can progress at first with 1gxBW. But I look at protein like a drug, you start at the minimal amount needed for growth, as you plateau you raise the amount topping off at 2xBW or so. I have seen some go up to 3xBW for a 6-8 meso cycle, but most people won't need that. The ones that did that had been stuck for over a year in about the same place and were just tired of the grind with little results to show for it and decided to go drastic. The 4 people I have have known that did it, go the results, but started to hate food by the end

BTW my current split is 1.5xBW on training days. 0.8xBW on rest days.
