It will be under the roof of my porch with no chance of rain hitting it.
Doesn't need to be a smart tv.
I was looking at the Visio D32HN-E1 for only $140.00 but a lot of reviews say it gives out after like 3 months indoors so I'm kinda hesitant.
Any suggestions?

I bought a 40 inch TCL last year on Prime Day and it is on my covered back porch since the day it came in. Working like a champ.

I see they have a 32 inch 720P available on Amazon for $150

For $20 more you can get the same model with Roku built in.

I bought a samsung 43' for like 299 but the way the sun sets, it really wasn't worth it. Took it off the other day.

I put an old Panasonic flatscreen we had out on the patio. It too was completely protected from the elements (rain, etc) except for evening sun. It lasted about 6 months and all the buttons stopped working.

I always go with the Best Buy insignia. Have nothing but good things to say. I have a 55" outside that I paid 399 for.

Go to Costco, buy it, get the warranty. They just replace it no questions asked

I bought a cheap LED visio and bought the extended warranty. I figured if it went out from the moisture I'd get a new one and if I didn't have a problem with it in 3 years it probably wouldn't ever have a problem.
