Have you been under a rock since 1995?

He didn't do it.

Our justice system says so. If you can't abide by constitutional verdicts, then move to Canada you damn lib

Our justice system says he's not guilty.

He did it. And I think he has chronic traumatic encephalopathy so he'll probably have outbursts of intense rage and poor judgement again in the future.

LOL not guilty absolutely equals he didn't do it.

If OJ was white, would you be trying to use semantics to pick apart simple words in the English language?

Me thinks not...

If OJ was white, his charred corpse would already be pushing daisies in the yard of some prison.

LOL...not guilty means the prosecutor didn't prove he did it beyond a reasonable doubt, not that he didn't do it.

No.. it could also means that the defense poked enough holes in the prosecutions case to create reasonable doubt, which would produce a 'not guilty' verdict as well. Doesn't mean he didn't do it, though.

OJ is an idiot. They should have kept his arse in jail just for acting like such a retard in his parole hearing.

Let's say you were incorrectly charged with murder, because you didn't do it. When the prosecutor can't prove their case, is it really fair for the public to always be able to say

"it doesn't mean NoHoTiger didn't do it, they just couldn't prove it"?

Doesn't seem as fair now, does it

From the movies I saw, it may have been the greatest acting he ever did.

Good point. There has never been a wrongful conviction or a wrongful acquittal in the history of courts.

I'm surprised her family even put the name Simpson on her grave stone.

Considering how hard his lawyers pushed the whole race thing, him being black played a large part into why he wasn't found guilty.

Fraid not.

Innocent means he did not do it.

Not guilty means in the eyes of the law he wasn't proven to have done it. Everyone knows he did it.

Just like everyone knows Al Capone was a murderer. In the eyes of the law, though, he was a tax evader.
