Well if he doesn't know that she's there and Yohn Royce (I guess that's who that is) is heard in the teaser saying "Targaryens can't be trusted" how else could the topic of Targaryens be brought up? Unless Bran jetpacks all the way from The Wall to Winterfell and tells people that Jon is actually Rhaegar's son.

Winterfell is not that far from the Wall. Bran showing up in the next episode would not be far fetched at all.

I don't see Bran dropping that bombshell to Jon this early in this season and wouldn't be surprised if it didn't happen until next season.

If you remember the conversation between Cersei and Jamie, they don't know for sure. Jamie guessed Dragonstone because it made the most sense.
Also, it's not hard to believe that with the level of merchant shipping going back and forth that the fleet would not have been seen on course for Dragonstone. After that, word spreads like wildfire.

With 12 episodes left, do you really think they should spend 3 or 4 or more of them getting Bran to Winterfell, if that's even where he's going.

I doubt he even knows who the father is yet. He needs something concrete first which leads me to believe we will have another flashback to see Rhaegar at some point this season.
