Many think he didn't do it. Some say he just confronted Long and Long's body guards freaked and pumped him full of lead. Plus the gun they say he used has a sketchy chain of ownership.
But some evidence says he did it. Like that Long was shot point blank and Weiss is the only person who got close enough.
I see on Catholic High's Wikipedia page under notable alumni it calls Weiss the "alleged" assassin. As if Catholic High is standing by him and believing he didn't do it.
