There's a new place in Ft Walton called The Gulf. It's near Pandora's and the public boat launch, looks like a great spot to hang and grab a bite/drink. There is also a good Mexican restaurant in that big development where The Swamp is, can't remember the name but have been a couple times and enjoyed it.

The one in Orange Beach is great.
In Destin I like Dewey Destin's for lunch and Harbor Docks for dinner.
