How insecure is Canada?

Just saw that this cringy video that explains how Canada is better than the US is making the rounds.
My favorite part is how he brings up the NHL as a point of Canada's superiority. Hockey is their sport, that their players dominate, and their people are obsessed with, yet the premiere professional hockey league is in the US

Candians from the maritime provinces (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland) are cool as hell. Kind of like native Mainers with different accents.

Used to work for a Canadian company. They're a pretty weird group of folks as a whole. We even had a vice president travel 2500 miles to tell our group we were working too hard and the Canadians in our work group were getting upset about it (we were working a $12 million/year contract).

Why should Canada be insecure? It's a better realized vision of America than the United States at the moment. It's like a non-fundamentalist America...the true American Dream.
