Sauces say that he was a pirate and that was his peg leg that skidded across the road. His parrot took flight from his shoulder at impact and repeatedly gave investigators the statement of "frick you...no juts is no peas". Avian translators have been called in to decipher the message.
In other news...crosswalks are for pussies.

That intersection is busy and people just walk out infront of traffic.
Now the damage to the car looks like the driver could have been going over the posted rate of speed in that area. I believe that area the posted rate of speed is 35 mph if I am correct.
The only issue I have is when an accident happens another dept should investigate the accident to keep the investigation from being flawed.

He had to be moving pretty fast to do that much damage to new metal.
The windshield, although thinner than those in older cars, took a pretty good hit.

For the first time I recommended friends not go to Baton Rouge. Its so violent and the crime rate is unbelievable.
They will be going to New Orleans instead.

Same thing happened in Huntsville this month. Dumb lady thought it would be wise to cross Overpass at frickin night when there are multiple sidewalks and crosswalks on the surface road.

To the officer's defense, most likely the pants did not have as far to travel to fall off compared to how the majority of us wear our pants.
