Life finds a way. The official teaser poster for the Jurassic World sequel not only boasts the most excellent tagline harking back to Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park but also reveals the film’s title: Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. I like the way that rolls off my tongue. Speaking of the tag… Dr. Ian Malcolm, the coolest dude to ever survive a dinosaur attack will be back. Jeff Goldblum portrayed the character, a know-it-all mathematician who came to Jurassic Park as an insurance consultant. When he wasn’t wooing Ellie (Laura Dern) with his knowledge bombs, he was dropping some of the film’s most memorable lines, including, “Life finds a way.” Malcolm survived both trips to Jurassic Park and it looks like he’s being brought back for one last hurrah. J. A. Bayona (A Monster Calls) is directing the next installment in the studio’s hit franchise. Jurassic World earned $1.67 billion worldwide in 2015 and is the fourth-highest-grossing film in history. Stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are returning for the sequel, which also stars Justice Smith, James Cromwell and Toby Jones. Colin Trevorrow, who directed Jurassic World, wrote the script for the sequel with Derek Connolly. Producers Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley once again join executive producers Steven Spielberg and Trevorrow in the next chapter of the franchise. Belén Atienza is also producing. Vice president of production Sara Scott is overseeing production on behalf of the studio.

I really, really, really hope they do not go the way I think they are going with this
unless, of course, they go full on Dino-Riders

They better not kill Ian in some misguided edgy attempt to "raise the stakes".

Time for a new park, but this time, the dinosaurs won't escape and cause havoc. We promise.

militarized dinosaurs
they hinted at it with the first one
although the title suggests more of a Jurassic Park 2 story

Used to be the king of "that guys".
I'm calling it now, Cromwell will be a shady bad guy and he will get eaten.

I figured the next installment would be Jurassic Moon. Instead of having the dinosaurs on Earth, you could build a park on the moon. Now you are killing 2 raptors with one stone: 1) profit from commercial flights to and from the moon, 2) profit from have dinosaurs on the dinosaur tours

Is there enough time to get an updated ride at Universal Studios out of this?

Well as long as someone is there to control the Raptors with hand signals and words from eating people everyone should be safe...
