Have you heard Chauncey talk about the game? I wouldn't trust him with the 1st overall pick with MJ on the board.

This has been said more than a few times but not having the ability to speak well on LIVE TV doesn't indicate Whether or not someone knows the game. We know billiups interviewed very very well with atl and is thought of highly around the league. As for the intricacies of the salary cap you can always hire people for that.
