Put them in a plastic bag that closes well to keep them moist. They lose sweetness each day but they're still quite good for some days. I tried the whole frozen corn ears. Didn't work for me. I don't like frozen corn.

As corn ages a bit, casseroles and soups are good uses. I made a corn and sweet onion quiche with some. Later, made a king crab and corn soup. Delicious!

Just to back up Gris, I've tried the frozen corn thing a few times, both vac sealed and ziplock and neither was that great. I'd rather just eat canned corn then frozen corn tbh
