10 years since his last legit KO/TKO. It's safe to say that's not his game anymore.

You must be new to boxing. Winning half your fights by knockout means you have pillow fist. Andre Ward with 15 knockout wins in 31 fights is considered a soft puncher. Shane Mosely had 41 knockouts in 49 of his wins. That's a "knockout artist".

I wouldn't go with idiot. He's looking like a damn genius right now. Let's go with "completely out classed."

Fair enough.

Or a very rich, non-professional level boxer.

A pro boxer at his own game should handle a UFC fighter just as if the roles were reversed

1. Then why click on this thread and (presumably) listen to what he said?

2. Even so, he's not wrong in this case.

Mayweather will probably just outpoint the ever living shite out of mcgregor. Good chance of some 10 / 8 rounds. The fight most likely going the distance will give conor a good "puncher's chance" though. If it were an mma fight conor would win in under a minute.

You sound so scared to admit that you watched ESPN

Plus he got hit flush by Sugar Shane, who has more punching power than MacGregor, and wasn't knocked out.

Yeah, here's that shot.

No one's going to hit him with a better shot than this, and you won't get more than one.

A great boxer can catch him on the temple or the cheek, but those aren't knockout blows. You'd need to hit him in the chin and it's damn near impossible to do that.

I think you misunderstood. How is saying the warriors will win the 2018 title a hot take?

It's so very depressing that this garbage will probably make way more money than GGG v Canelo.

the more i think about this the more i want to watch it. i watch boxing to watch someone get knocked the frick out. someone will for sure get knocked the frick out in this fight.

ironically this fight will do more for boxing than floyd and mannny did. i drop 100 on a fight dammit someone better hit the ground.

They don't want Mayweather to die.

He won't knock him out. He will dance around and pepper him with enough shots to outpoint CMac.

If you thought the May/Pac fight was garbage (it was) you'd be a total fool to buy this farce.

Everyone who likes boxing would be FAR better off watching Miguel Cotto/Yoshihiro Kamegai that same night on HBO. That will be an actual fight w/real action by two guys who take the match seriously.

I feel like most people who hate SAS haven't listened to him in awhile. He's actually a very balanced and fair journalist who knows his stuff. Yes, he vouches for black guys but he also calls them out quite often and gets on them about dumb things too. Smith is the best thing about ESPN right now.

Mcgregor is playing it smart. If he brings up the I'll fight you in the ring but then you have to fight me in the octagon then Floyd would never agree to that.

But.... give Floyd what he wants, make a shite ton of money. And if Macgregor gets beat, which he knows is a great possibility, then call Floyd out and say you'll never touch me in the octagon and trash talk his mom and then he might get what he wants. But that's the only way.

Can't just come out and big boy maywesther into both fights before he gets a cheap W in.

Imagine how much the public will rag mayweather if macgregor jumps in his ring but mayweather won't jump in Macgregors.

I think we get both or mayweather will go down as a great boxer but kind of a pussy. If he can live with that as a fighter then good for him.

Yet, you just spent considerable time and energy explaining to us how you feel about him.

Why do you care about Stephen A. Smith so much?

The problem with this fight is money is only a boxer. so he would never agree to more than boxing rules. It's not really a clash of fighting sport but more one athlete that has more skills crossing over into the sport money specializes in.

I have a feeling it's going to be a decision type fight and you know the judges will favor guy that is 49-0
