I use it to make vinegar pepper bbq sauce, the best type of bbq sauce ever created.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to be really good for your heart and digestion.

I used it for about 2 months and saw a slight decrease in my appetite. I quit drinking it though. I used to be a huge fan of vinegar. Not so much anymore

I drink it diluted with water from time to time.
Also good on skin issues like athlete's foot, ring worm, jock itch, bug bites, etc
I cant prove that it does anything special when you drink it but whatever. Can confirm it is effective on skin issues, but only diluted, don't pour ACV on your nuts and not expect it to burn.
