Said he was moving with cover, so at least had some sort of training. Now, when you spray 50 rounds in an open field and only hit 4 people, that's not very good percentage wise. Any good ole baw would realize in that situation, a rifle wouldn't have been the most effective weapon of choice. Likely someone with some sort of gun agenda as ironic as that sounds.
