No atleast the new version for cat 1 weight lifter is 2xlean mass in grams of protein, 11-12 days, no refeed, no free meals.

I am off the rails today but about to get all my meals prepped for this week and am gonna be crazy strict for 14 days and get this last 2-3% body fat off.

Plus side is the pump tonight while lifting will be great.

Just prepped all my shite. I am the post anal person when equally weighing shite out to the gram

I always tell myself if I'm putting this much effort into this shite I want to get it right I guess

Starting RFL tomorrow. At about 170 right now can hopefully get down about 5 lbs of all fat.

Just got back from a bachelor party this weekend so I'm sure it will be brutal.
