Remember, noone actually saw the memo when the story first broke. The leaker read excerpts to the reporter over the phone. I haven't followed it much after that, but did the entire memo ever surface?
There was also a report that noone in the fbi has been able to recover any comey memos since the testimony.

If the memos existed they would have been presented to congress instead of the statement. Or the memos are damning because they can prove he never took Lynch notes etc.. So if your Comey the best thing is to say they don't exist and then burn them.

Subpoened deadline of Comey memos missed.
So why was Comey not asked ONE time why he failed to turn in the memos? Or was this just for Chaffetz's/Gowdy's committee?
