What's my options for WiFi outside the big two? Does sling TV offer internet and cable?

There may be other options. Stay away from any of that satellite internet crap. It's slow, and the data caps make it pretty much worthless. It's basically a last resort.

There are tons of brands that can give you Wi-Fi without either of those two.
However, you are very very very limited if you want to connect that Wi-Fi to the internet.

BTW if you are asking because you can't get Cox/Covad/AT&T type internet you do have this option.
