It's really not hard at all. Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, maybe a piece of sausage, regular coffee. Lunch: Salad with tuna or grilled chicken, cucumbers, broccoli, pickles, and pepperoncini. Full fat ranch or Italian dressing. Snack bulletproof coffee or pork skins. Dinner: chicken, fish, or steak with broccoli or green beans. If still hungry I'll have sugar free jello with a tsp of frozen cool whip or a couple tsp of natural peanut butter. Drink 100oz of water or so and some green tea every day.
