He's going to say that to give more cause. But Tiger refused breath test apparently and that's an arresting offense right there.

Abuse of prescription drugs is one of the fastest growing problems in the country and states are seeing DUI cases skyrocket because of it.

And I'm sure Tiger has the best doctors, etc. There are no unexpected reactions. Even Joe Schmoe at your local drugstore is told and given a giant pamphlet about drug interactions and when and how and to take it and when not to drive.

That's why the DUI laws say it's your responsibility to know how to take your medication responsibly.

He did recently have surgery, so while it's a given he has access to strong prescription medications because of it, he is probably required to take a lot medication for his boneyard of a spine.

also incorrect. Tiger didn't refuse any tests.
