Good idea but a pricey solution.
I'd lay the fabric and dump 55# rip rap on it. Roll in with a dozer, then top it with 6" of 610 limestone. You could probably do that for a material cost of around 3K and have a good solid low water crossing for many years.

Might work but eventually it will wash away

You got the OB Engineering a low water crossing without a budget. You on an OT baller budget or a crack ho budget? Also, those Submar will not roll, they heavier than 12 Amy Shumers. If you can get some of them I'd roll with that.

Damn, they use them things in the gulf to hold down pipelines, never though they would roll like that..... impressive
